Warm-Flo Castellated Panel System
The castellated panel system is a fast and efficient system. With no need for UFH clips, the panels are fitted to the floor and the pipes are pushed in between the retention ridges, holding the pipe in place. This system is designed to be screeded straight over the top of.

Warm-Flo Foil-faced Insulation System
This system is a low-profile system meaning it is ideal for retro fit and spaces where you are restricted by height. A 20mm board grooved out for a 16mm pipe. We then recommend this system is covered with either an 18mm tongue and grove cement-based board or a 6mm cement-based board.

Warm-Flo Tile Board
This system is another great system for a retro fit or where you are restricted on height. A 20mm board with a gypsum top fitted with a crack matt routed out for 16mm pipe. This allows you to tile directly on top of the board giving you a minimum build-up of board thickness plus tile.

Warm-Flo Foil-faced Routed Chipboard
A 22mm foil-faced routed chipboard designed to go down directly over the joists. Can be supplied with 12mm or 16mm pipe. The foil allows for heat to be spread across the board and can be covered with a 6mm cement-based board or a 6mm plywood.

Warm-Flo Plate System
System 1:
Kingspan insulation is laid in between the joists and the plate is then fitted over the top ensuring it is tight to the top of the joist. The 16mm UFH pipe is then laid into the plates and the structural flooring is then laid over the top.
System 2:
This system is fitted from underneath. The underside of the floor is exposed, and the plates are fitted in straight lines between the joists. The C shape on either side of the plates then secures the pipe in place. Insulation is then pushed in between the joists to help force the heat upwards.
