Warm-Flo IntegraClip

The Integra Clip is a proven, highly effective underfloor heating solution and one of the most widely used systems in the industry. Installers lay the heating pipe directly onto floor insulation, which is covered with a membrane, they secure the underfloor heating pipe using Warm-Flo Tacker Clips, before applying a traditional sand and cement screed.

With a typical screed depth of 50–75mm, the system delivers excellent thermal performance and long-lasting heat distribution. The IntegraClip suits a wide range of residential and commercial applications – particularly new builds, where durability, reliability, and even heat output are essential.

Warm-Flo ThermoFoil

The Warm-Flo ThermoFoil is a low-profile underfloor heating system designed for retrofit projects or spaces with limited floor height. The system uses a 20mm insulation board, precision-grooved to accommodate 16mm pipework, ensuring efficient heat transfer across the floor surface.

The foil facing enhances thermal performance by spreading heat evenly and reducing warm-up times. For optimal results, we recommend finishing the system with either an 18mm tongue and groove cement-based board or a 6mm cement-based board, providing a more stable, durable surface.

Warm-Flo Therma Tile floor construction.

Warm-Flo ThermoTile

Warm-Flo ThermoTile provides an excellent low-height solution for retrofit installations and tiled floor areas. The system features is available in either a 16mm or 20mm board with a gypsum top layer, routed to accept either a 12mm or 16mm pipework depending on board thickness.

This construction allows tiles to be fixed directly onto the board, ensuring the correct adhesives and movement mats are used, eliminating the need for additional overlay boards. By minimising floor build-up to little more than the board thickness plus tile, ThermoTile helps maintain existing floor levels while still delivering efficient, even heat output, making it ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, and refurbishment projects.

Warm-Flo DeckPanel 22

The Warm-Flo DeckPanel 22 is a robust 22mm structural foil-faced routed OSB board designed to install directly over floor joists. Available to suit both 12mm and 16mm pipework, the panel provides flexibility for different heating needs.

The foil layer plays a crucial role in spreading heat evenly across the board, improving system efficiency and comfort. Once installed, the panels can be finished with a 6mm cement-based board, creating a stable base for a wide range of floor coverings while maintaining a low overall floor height.

Warm-Flo CosyJoist

The Warm-Flo CosyJoist system is a low-profile underfloor heating solution designed to fit neatly within standard joist constructions. Timber battens are first fixed between the joists, followed by a plywood layer to provide additional structural support. Insulation is then carefully cut and installed between the joists, positioned approximately 25mm below the top edge to allow space for the heating system. Underfloor heating pipes are clipped securely in place, after which a dry mix screed is applied and levelled flush with the top of the joists.

The finished system can be overlaid with a standard chipboard or, for improved thermal performance and heat transfer, a high-density fibreboard (HDF) panel is recommended.
